Your saved profile, target role, relevant evidence and recent practice guide the feedback. Competency answers use a transparent rubric, while strengths and traditional questions use criteria suited to those formats. The coach can make mistakes; review its advice. Premium access never buys a higher score. Coach+ uses a deeper coaching brief and expanded reviews. A different AI model can be configured, but is not guaranteed or implied.
A Preparation Pass runs for exactly 90 days from activation, then returns to Free unless you have another valid membership. Allowances refresh at day 30 and day 60. A pass is a single payment with no automatic renewal. Your profile, evidence and historic results remain available.
You can save a different preference now. During early access, an administrator can grant or replace test access. Paid upgrades, downgrades, cancellations and any price adjustments will be handled through the payment provider once connected; there is no live billing today.
No. Expiry or cancellation never deletes your preparation. You can revisit saved work and edit existing examples, even if you have more examples than the Free limit. Creating new examples or requesting further AI coaching is subject to your current allowance.
Yes. You can change your target role and use relevant examples from work, study, volunteering or life experience. Practice and Coach+ support up to 20 saved target roles; Free supports three.
No. Registration is free and no card is required. You can complete your profile and experience useful coaching before deciding whether to continue with a paid membership.
